Had a great bike week
Property was a little dated
Location was great and value was as well
Great value for the money!
Location. Views and pools
filthy place unfit for humans
there was no one on reception to book us in, we had to ask over twenty people to help us before we got a number of someone who could help. he told us the apartment was still unclean so we would have to wait an hour, when we got in the place was absolutely disgusting, baths so dirty we had to decide to try and bath or dont wash at all. carpets made us filthy we had to keep shoes on and kneel on plastic bags to keep ourselves clean. kitchen cupboards broken and filthy. it is a zero star property and no human should stay in such squalor. we tried to ring booking.com to get aid but rang and rang until we ran out of credit back to england so got no help. no one on reception when we left either. filthy filthy place.
No maid service View was of car park, not sea as booked, elevator area smelt funky, blankets felt greasy, pillows smelt like dirty hair, lobby locked in the evening, mystery $75 additional charge, towels were sticky, fittings and furniture sticky, wifi did work, key was dodgy in lock, bathroom products were magazine samples, could use balcony as it housed the aircon exhaust. Rugs and blankets from the 70's and had been there since. Pool area monoplized by the older permanent residents, who kept a rotation at the best spots at the pool. It was cheaper for us at the Hyatt.
It's not a hotel but more like an Air-bob, Ensure you get what you asked for.
